Rockstar "BE" Lab Retreat
We are Susie and Sloan, and we are beyond excited to provide you with a weekend of connection, conversation, reflection, creativity and silly fun!! Let’s just be ourselves!
Our retreat weekend will take place from Friday April 28 to Sunday April 30 in Sooke, BC (approximately 40 km west of Victoria). We will focus on self expression and exploration of dreams and beliefs, while helping you to tap into your authentic silly fun self that lives underneath your “serious adult armour”. We want you to connect with self-love and acceptance…to be reminded of how awesome you are!

The venue is a fabulously modern home built on waterfront property. It is immersed amongst the trees and fresh air, complete with breathtaking views to remind us of what life really is about.
The state of the art kitchen is perfect for us to make and enjoy communal meals in between our activities.
This peaceful setting is perfect for silencing the outside noise in order to hear our inside wisdom.

Because this is our inaugural retreat, we are NOT CHARGING for it! The only price you pay is for expenses (accommodation, food, materials). Current estimate is ~$370 - $400 per person.
